Horsing Around – A group for children aged 7-12 years. Neurodiverse welcome.

Group 1: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st May

Group 2: 14th, 21st, 28th May, 5th July

Group 3: 12,19,26 July and 2nd August

Group 4: 20, 27th Sept, 4th and 11th Oct

Timing: 14:45 to 16:15

Come and meet the Red Horse herd. This is a chance for your child to hang out with our horses in a fun and light-hearted way.

There is no pressure, no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ and no previous experience is required – in fact complete beginners are very welcome.

We will be a small group with a maximum of 6 children. Parents/carers are welcome to join in or leave your child with us.

There will be opportunities to explore herd dynamics and learn how to groom, lead and interact with the horses, with occasional opportunities to ride.

Each week there will be additional opportunities for nature connection, play and craft activities, games and snacks around our campfire.
